Question (Q): For the first time at the summit of Turkic Speaking States, the President of Turkmenistan will participate. Can Azerbaijan, Turkey and Turkmenistan sign an important agreement?
Answer (A): As we know, by the initiative of Ankara the negotiations between Azerbaijan, Turkey and Turkmenistan are held. The goal is to reach the energy agreement between Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan as Baku has not reached an agreement upon some deposits at the Caspian, and it puts in question the efficiency of the TAP and TANAP projects. And Ankara understands that. For a more effective operation of these projects Turkey is trying to improve the relationships between these countries.
