Construction of Turkish Stream is postponed for a month – end of June 2015

The construction of the first branch of Turkish Stream will start in late June 2015, the Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Novak, said.

Previously the construction of the first branch was planned to start in early June 2015.

Gazprom’s head, A. Miller, said that the start of putting into operation of Turkish Stream is planned for December 2016.

On June 2nd 2015 on the results of the negotiations with the Prime-Minister of Slovakia, R. Fitso, the PM of Russia, D. Medvedev, said that the risks in Turkish Stream are present but in general everything is good in this sphere.

Slovakia planned to join Turkish Stream with the help of a gas pipeline-offset.
