Lukoil has transferred 10.79% of shares from one offshore in Cyprus to another

Lukoil has transferred 10.79% of the holding’s shares from one offshore in Cyprus to another, the company reports.
LUKOIL Investment Cyprus has increased the package of voting shares from 0.46% to 11.25%. After the transaction another offshore reduced its stake to 0.
The transaction was held on June 1st 2015.
The major shareholders of Lukoil are V. Alekperov (20.9%), L. Fedun (about 10%), structures of IFD Capital (about 8%), affiliate LUKOIL Investment Cyprus (11.25%).
