Russia is to keep up operations at the shelf, despite low price of oil, Novak

Russia is to keep operations at the shelf, despite the reduction of the price on oil,the  RF Minister of Energy A.Novak said at the seminar of OPEC in Vienne.

According to Novak, the oil sector of the country has adjusted to the current difficult environment. The interest of investors to the sector is still intense, despite western sanctions. Plus interest towards Russian projects is also due to the price of oil resources. They are among the cheapest  in the world for production costs.
