Gazprom resumes gas supplies to Turkey via Blue Stream

Gazprom has resumed the gas supplies through the Blue Stream pipeline to Turkey in advance of the day after the annual planned maintenance and repair works, the concern reports.

The gas pipeline was closed on Tuesday, June 1st, previously the deliveries were planned to be resumed on July 5th. The supplies began on Friday at 9.00 MSK.

"All the planned work was fully implemented. Gas is transported in the normal mode," – the report says. Gazprom also notes that the supply of gas in the period of the preventive maintenance was carried out due to increase in volumes via alternative transport routes, as well as the use of gas from underground gas storage facilities of Turkey.
