The Board of Directors of Management Company Metalloinvest has approved the new composition of the Management Board, the company’s press-service reports. It includes A.Varichev (chairman of the Board of Management), T.Belyakova, A.Voronov, Y.Gavrilov, N.Gryzanova, S.Kretov, E.Maslov, O.Mikhailov, Y.Nadeyev, M.Novikova, A.Ugarov, N.Shlyakhov, N.Efendiev.
P.Mitrofanov has left the Managemnet Board as a result of his appointment at USM Advisors.
