Sayanskkhimplast begins accepting ethylene from Angarsk Polymer Plant.

On July 1 Sayanskkhimplast (the Irkutsk Region), the second largest producer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in Russia, began accepting ethylene from Angarsk Polymer Plant, according to Baikal.mk.
The leadership of Sayanskkhimplast expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that management had notified subcontractors about the resumption of the supply at Angarsk Polymer Plant (APP) by e-mail just a few hours before.
