Russia and Qatar have agreed on coordination of their actions in the world gas market

Russia and Qatar plan to coordinate their actions in the energy sphere, including the decisions upon gas in the world market, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, S. Lavrov, said.
“We have confirmed the intention of both parties to develop cooperation in the sphere of safety, cooperation of law bodies, in the sphere of energy”, he said.
According to him, the parties have also agreed to activate works of Qatar investment funds in Russia.
