The Head of Lukoil, Vagit Alekperov has bought additional shares of the company to the amount of 24 million rubles. This is stated in a report, published by the London Stock Exchange.
In accordance with the company’s report, Alekperov acquired 11.570 thousand shares. The transaction was completed on September, 1.
Thus, his stake grew to 2.429% of the authorized capital of the company.
