Rosneft has launched stage 1 of the Severnaya Okonechnost Chaivo deposit at Sakhalin. Thus, the new deposit of Northern Chaivo with annual yield of 1.5 million tons has started operation in Russia, the chief of Rosneft I. Sechin says.
