Rosneft to sell 15% in Vankorneft to ONGC

OJSC Rosneft and Indian ONGC Videsh Limited signed purchase-sale agreement (15%) and shareholders' agreement in regard to the management of an enterprise within the frame of Eastern Economic Forum. The document was signed by chairman of the Board of Management of Rosneft I.Sechin and managing director of ONGC Videsh Limited N. Verma. The parties plan to clinch a deal after the receipt of the necessary regulatory and other agreements.
