Rosneft to put into operation an oil refinery in Tyantszin in 2020

The launch of an oil refinery in Tyantszin in China is planned in 2020. The head of Rosneft I.Sechin said.
The construction and exploitation of the plant is carried out by the Chinese-Russian Eastern Petrochemical company LLC (“Vostok-Neftekhimiya”). It is a JV of Rosneft (49%) and Chinese CNPC (51%).
