Rosneft will sell oil and fuel oil for $5.3 billion to BP

The Board of Directors of Rosneft approved the interested-party transactions presupposing the sales of oil and fuel oil for $5.28 billion to BP. In particular, Rosneft is going to sell up to 3 million tons of Urals oil (+/- 5%) with the otal price of $2.4 billion FOB-Primorsk, and up to 1.68 million tons of Urals oil (+/- 5%) with the total price of $1.344 billion FOB-Novorossiysk. It will also supply up to 840,000 tons of fuel oil with total price of $0.62 billion FOB-Tuapse.
