TMK delivers LDP to Central Asia-China project

TMK supplied the full volume of LDP to international gas transport project Central Asia-China, the company reports.
In the framework of the contract in January-September 2013 TMK dispatched more than 100 thousand tons of longitudinal welded tubes 1,219 mm in diameter, with 17.5 mm wall thickness and outer three-ply polyethylene and inner smooth coating. The products are made by Volga tube plant and meet API Spec 5L standard of American Oil Institute. The pipes are delivered to Kazakhstan and intended for construction of the third line of the main gas line.
