Gazprom's Board of Directors have set their AGM for June 27th, 2014.
The list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting will be compiled based on the register of Gazprom’s shareholders at the end of the trading day on May 8th, 2014.
The Board of Directors also approved the list of candidates to vote at AGM for the election of the board of directors.
