Gazprom becomes the only owner of the main gas company of Armenia

~~Gazprom has increased its share in ArmRosgazprom from 80% to 100%, Gazprom reports. The company, has become under the full control of the Russian concern, will be renamed Gazprom Armenia.
“The deal completely corresponds to idea of strategic cooperation between Russia and Armenia. We implemented large-scale projects as in main pipeline transport, as in electricity industry. And the main thing is that socially important result was achieved – we reached the 96% level of gas supply. Gazprom was and will be reliable partner of Armenia always,” – Gazprom’s CEO, Alexei Miller stated previously.
