Last year, Magnitogorsk metallurgical plant shipped maximal volume of pipes since collapse of the USSR

In 2014, Magnitogorsk metallurgical plant increased shipment of steel pipes by 19.5% to 2.78 million tons. This was the highest rate since the collapse of the USSR in 1991.

In 2014, in comparison with the previous year, the shipment of hot-rolled steel increased by 24.3%, and the share of the supply in the structure of the shipment to the Russian domestic market grew to 33.2% as compared with 29% in the previous year.
