Rosneft has managed to save on payments to the budget about $11.46 million by detaining tankers in the Baltic port of Primorsk, independent analyst Ivan Energy Barsumin reports. When customs clearance in February, reduced fee was applied.
"The company (Rosneft) inexplicably passed customs clearance of already loaded oil tankers in a few days after their loading," - said the analyst.
As it was previously reported, delay of tankers took place in the port of Primorsk, not because of weather or transshipment.
