Gazprom is to reduce expenditures, Ulyukaev

Minister of Economic Development of Russia A.Ulyukaev recommended Gazprom that it reduce costs. He made a statement amidst an anticipated joining of the Minister to the company’s Board of Directors.
It became known on February 4th that the Government proposed him to the Board of Directors of “Gazprom”.
