Nord Stream-2 may face problems

According to the European Commission, the underwater part of the Nord Stream-2 main gas pipeline can get under the restrictions of the Third Energy Package of the EU.

According to the EC's Directorate for Energy, the underwater part of the Nord Stream-2 pipeline, which should pass under the Baltic Sea, is subject to EU law, not only to the jurisdiction of four countries: Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
