Standard&Poor’s reduces rating of SOCAR from “BB+” to “BB”

An International rating agency Standard&Poor’s reduced long-tern credit rating of Azerbaijani SOCAR from “BB+” to “BB”, runs the agency’s statement. The outlook is “stable”.
S&P also reduced ratings on priority unsecured debt from “BB+” to “BB”.
