Rosneft has rushed with severe criticism to the Government after granting of shelf licenses

After obtaining of all demanded shelf licenses, Rosneft sent to the Government its opinion about the project of the program for shelf development up to 2030, where it strictly criticized the entire document. Kommersant writes that the company regards overrates the indices for production, drilling and seismic exploration presented in the document. Rosneft suggests to elaborate together with the state officials a new document concerning all the interests of the company. In particular, Rosneft suggests to legalize forever the monopoly of the state companies for shelf.
