The Russian Government continues discussion of granting to Gazprom of the right to set discount for gas from the price set by the Federal Tariffs Service, the Deputy Minister of Energy K. Molodtsov says. In his opinion, 15% is the most possible marginal discount of Gazprom to the Russian industry. He claims that the positions of the sides are getting closer. Mr. Molodtsov makes no forecasts about the date of admission of the decision, and says that they continue discussion and have elaborated the protocol of the agreement session.
