Rosnedra permits Bashneft to process oil from the Trebs and Titov fields at somebody else's facilities

Rosnedra has made amendments in Bashneft’s license for the Trebs and Titov fields in the Nenets autonomous district, permitted to process oil not only at its own facilities, head of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources S.Donskoy reported.
