The company asks to change the rules of loans refinancing.
As "the Kommersant" informs, "Gazpromneft" requests the Government to discuss measures of the state aid for the company. Most of the required 198 billion roubles can be obtained from the National Welfare Fund, the rest - in the framework of the program of preferential project lending. But the company has not yet filed official requests for funds, and its circle of ideas is much broader and covers the liberalization of the general rules of loans refinancing and regulatory compliance.
