Gazprom Neft and Shell can cooperate at the shelf

Gazprom Neft and the British-Dutch Royal Dutch Shell are going to sign a framework agreement about cooperation in the sphere of the development of the blocks at Russian Arctic shelf, Prime reported with reference to a source in Kremlin on Thursday.
As reported by Prime, the agreement can be signed next week during the President’s visit to the Netherlands on April 8th.
