A.Novak. Ukraine has no right to reconsider gas supply price in one’s sole discretion

Ukraine can not reconsider the price for gas, supplied from Russia. It is defined by the formula of the contract.
The head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, A.Novak said.
He asserted that Ukraine raised the question during the 3-party consultation on May 2nd, 2014 in Warsaw.
“We did not want to raise this question as we think there are no grounds to do it,” Novak said.
