Y. Lisin quits Transneft’s management

The Board of Directors of Transneft has approved the suggestion of the President, N. Tokarev, to exclude the former first Vice-President of the company, Y. Lisin, out of the management.
It is connected with Mr. Lisin’s leaving for another job.
In Jan Mr. Lisin left the position of the first Vice-President of Transneft and headed “NII Transneft” Ltd. He stayed a member of Transneft’s Board.
Mr. Lisin was appointed the Vice-President of Transneft OJSC in 1997. Previously he worked at the engineering and managerial positions of Transneft.
