Gazprom permits clients of Russia not to pay for untaken gas

As it reported, Gazprom has assented to requests of clients that work at the inter-Russian market. The company deleted the term “take or pay”, introduced in 2008, from new contracts. According to this term, the purchaser was to pay contracted gas volumes, even if it didn’t pump them.
