ALROSA starts pouring oil.

"Irelyakhneft" buys NC "Dulisma".

ALROSA has sold of one of its most problematic non-core assets. As "the Kommersant" knows NC "Dulisma" of Alexei and Yuri Hawtins has acquired 100% of CJSC "Irelyakhneft", which is involved in oil production in Western Yakutia, from the diamond company for 1.8 billion roubles. The asset was part of a package deal with "Rosneft" for the sale of four oil and gas assets of ALROSA, but in spring this transaction has been postponed for a year. However, the "Irelyakhneft" sale is not an additional threat to the state-owned companies, according to "the Kommersant" sources, "Rosneft" was not originally interested in this asset.

The fact that Alrosa completed the sale of "Irelyakhneft", a source familiar with its details told "the Kommersant". According to him, the transaction took place in early June, the buyer 100% of CJSC shares was NC "Dulisma" of Alexei and Yuri Hawtins. "The deal amounted to 1.8 billion roubles, of which "Dulisma" has already transferred 1.7 billion roubles to Alrosa, another 100 million roubles will be paid before the end of June", - "the Kommersant" source stated.
