Transneft and Rosneft are not agreed on oil pumping tariffs eastwards

“Transneft” is not ready to reduce tariffs eastwards, the head of the company N.Tokarev said.
According to him the eastern direction is subsidized at the expense of the western route. So the tariffs on eastern direction are lower by 30% at the expense of western direction.
“Transneft” says it has not enough reserves for the further reduction of tariffs. According to Tokarev, Rosneft is principal shipper of oil in eastern direction and its assessment of over-priced tariffs is not correct.
