Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Tatneft give up reciprocal claims

The Arbitration Court of Tatarstan dismissed legal action of JSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” against OJSC “Tatneft” on the supply of broad fraction of light hydrocarbons in May 2014. The court personnel stated to the newspaper “Business Online”, that Nizhnekamskneftekhim abandoned the claim. Details of the amicable agreement are not known, because it was concluded beyond the law suit. Nizhnekamskneftekhim also abandoned claim concerning deliveries in March and April. “Tatneft” also stated that the case is dismissed. Thus, the conflict between the two largest companies of Tatarstan may be considered settled
