Shareholders of Gazprom Neft have approved the previous membership of Board of Directors

The shareholders of Gazprom Neft at Friday's annual general meeting approved the previous membership of the Board of Directors.

13 people are in the Board of Directors, including the head of Gazprom Neft, A. Dyukov, head of Gazprom, A. Miller, deputy chairmen of Gazprom, V. Golubev, A. Kruglov, K. Sleeznev, N. Dubik, V. Cherepanov, deputies of heads of Gazprom’s departments V. Alisov and M. Gareev, head of the department for property and corporate relations management of Gazprom, E. Mikhailova, member of Gazprom’s Board, M. Sereda, ex-Governor of the Leningrad region, V. Serdyukov, and football functionary, S. Fursenko.

The deputy head of the department for extraction of Gazprom, A. Kalinkin, and head of the marketing department of Gazprom, M. Parfenov, were not included in the Board.
