Ufaorgsintez to provide Bashneft with a loan for 8 billion rubles, the company reports.
Under the deal, the contract is concluded for three years with an annual automatic renewal, interest is charged at a rate equal to the product of the key rate of the Russian Central Bank and the coefficient of 0.76.
