Metallurgy and mining companies can become the residents of special economic zones. The Russian President,V Putin has made the corresponding amendments to the law. However Petropavlovsk is the only company ready to make use of these amendments, that lobbied for them as well. The largest participants of the market, the ferrous and non-ferrous metal companies are indifferent to the new benefits on the background of recession of the market.
