The Russian plan on import substitution starts new industrial development in the country as it comprises both manufacture of products, primarily supplied by the enterprises of the Ukraine or NATO countries, and its updating. Deputy Chairman of the RF Government D.Rogozin said during his visit to the Ulan-Ude aircraft manufacturing plant.

“We can not afford the restoration of the products of the previous century. We think about modernization. The question is about the import substitution and updating, he said.
