Russian Railways increases tariffs for oil companies for transportation of diesel fuel

Russian Railways has increased tariffs for transportation of diesel fuel by 7.4% till the end of 2015.
The company explains its decision by the fact that the purchase of fuel by Russian Railways itself became more expensive. Also, it the tariff for the return of empty wagons was increased.
