Lukoil asks for changes to the Shelf Law

Lukoil has asked for changes to the Shelf Law in the part of the licenses obtained before its enactment, Vagit Alekperov said.
He believes that the law adopted in 2008 will be corrected. Alekperov noted, he proposed to give all Arctic shelf to Gazprom and Rosneft in halves but abolish the law as it discredits our country. He believes, in such case Gazprom and Rosneft may decline many projects and Lukoil could take them.
