Novatek and CNPC have closed transaction for purchase of Yamal LNG

Novatek and CNODC have closed the transaction for purchase of a share in Yamal LNG. It was signed after the negotiations of the President of Russia V. Putin and the President of China Xi Jiping at theG20 Forum. The transition of the property rights for participation in the project is planned to be completed before December 1 2013 after obtaining of the necessary regulatory agreements. After settlement of the formalities, Novatek will share 60% in Yamal LNG, Total will share 20% and CNPC will share 20%.
