Rosneft, Gazprom and NOVATEK to sign agreements with CNPC

In the framework of G20 summit CNPC will sign a number of agreements with its Russian partners. As reported by the mass-media, these are the agreements with Rosneft about foundation of a JV for joint extraction projects and the Tiānjīn oil-refining plant. Besides, an agreement with NOVATEK about entering the Yamal LNG and an agreement with Gazprom about gas deliveries to China can be signed.

The Russian companies are going to sign important agreements with CNPC during G20 summit on Thursday and Friday in the suburbs of St. Petersburg.

Rosneft announced, it was going to sign agreements with CNPC about joint projects in the sphere of extraction and transportation of hydrocarbons as well as foundation of JV for development of a number of deposits in Russia. The first agreement will concern the JV for extraction (including shelf extraction), the second - Tiānjīn oil-refining plant.
