Rosneft not to get through pipe again – Trasneft to criticize the VNKKh project

The settled conflict that died down between the state companies Transneft and Rosneft comes up with a bang, now – around the Eastern petrochemical company (VNKKh). Transneft has scorched the project, doubted the possibility and economic feasibility of  financing the extension of oil pipelines, which is necessary for it. It estimates the cost of works at 140 billion rubles and a source of this money is unclear. At the same time, the Transneft’s Management doesn’t see sufficient sources of raw materials for the project, but sees the threat of the failure of the idea to create benchmark of Eastern-Siberian light oil in it.
