Bashneft intends to pay less dividends

​Soon Bashneft will accept a new policy of dividend payment.

According to A. Texler,  the company will focus on the payment of 25% of its net profit under IAS in the new divided policy.

The head of the company’s Board said that there is an agreement to vote for the payment of 25% between the Government of Bashkiria and Rosimuschestvo.

On October 9th 2015 a new date of extraordinary meeting of shareholders is to be appointed.

The issue of the company’s payment of interim dividends will be one of the main one in the agenda.

On October 2, 2015 sources of Bashneft said that the company wouldn’t pay interim dividends for 2015.

In 2014 the company paid 20.07 bln roubles of dividends.

Its net profit under IAS in 2014 amounted to 47.58 bln roubles.

Thus the company directed 42.18% of its net profit fir dividends.
