"Gazprom" begins noncompetitive import substitution but FAS may intervene the case.

"Gazprom" is afraid that FAS may oppose the noncompetitive contracts to the monopoly with Russian pipe manufacturers in the framework of the program of import substitution. The service that is not satisfied with the current tenders of "Gazprom" on the pipes, is going to analyze these contracts, but note that if another manufacturer of such products in Russia is not present, the law is not violated. FAS achieved promises from "Gazprom" to consider the purchase of large-diameter pipes (LDP) at the auction, but the sources of "the Kommersant" in the industry do not believe that this will change the situation.
