Import substitution in the form the Ministry of Industry and Trade represents it, will only lead to a degradation of the situation in the oil and gas sector. The head of “Rosneft” I.Sechin said about it.
According to him, the procedure for public procurement of home equipment, is a complex set of bureaucratical actions without mentioning efficiency. As a result, investments into the oil and gas sector might significantly reduce in volume.
