In January – October, Russia reduced oil exports by 2.4% to 195.9 million tons, the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports. In January – October, Russia reduced oil exports to far abroad by 2.7% to 172.587 million tons, and to the CIS by 0.41% to 23.282 million tons. Kazakh oil transit reduced by 5.24% to 15.292 million tons.
