In the middle of November, Gazprom Neft can raise syndicated credit of $1-1.2 billion. The interest rate can be 150 basis points to LIBOR. Earlier the market sources told to Prime Agency that the company was going to raise syndicated credit of $1 billion. In November, Gazprom Neft can enter Eurobonds market with the new issue at benchmark volume ($0.5 – 1 billion) within the Eurobonds program for $10 billion registered in November.
