Kiev to buy at most 1 billion cubic meters of gas from Russia before the end of 2014

Kiev is trying to reduce the cost of its gas purchases. Thus, before the end of 2014 the Ukraine will buy at most 1 billion cubic meters of "blue fuel" at a cost of $378 per thousand cubic meters from the Russian Federation.
