Another claim on Izhsteel’s bankruptcy has been registered

​The Arbitration Court of Udmurtia appointed for December 1st the consideration of the claim of “Electromontazh” Ltd on proving Izhsteel OJSC (in the structure of Mechel) bankrupt.

The debt is 974.1 thousand roubles.

In May the Court returned the claim of Siemens Ltd on bankruptcy of Izhsteel. The Arbitration Court said that on April 20th Siemens filed a claim to Court on the return of its claim on the bankruptcy of Izhsteel.

Previously Izsteel reported that it had fully settled the debt of 7.4 thousand euro before Siemens.

In May 2014 the Arbitration Court terminated the proceedings by the claim of Kamgesenergostroi (Tatarstan) on proving Izsteel bankrupt. In February 2014 it was reported that the company had signed an amicable agreement with Kamgesenergostroi (the former owed 200 mln roubles to the latte). The company undertook to settle the debt within 6 months.
