Lithuania confesses that it plans to buy 500 million cubic meters of gas from Gazprom

Lithuania can’t provide itself with gas and thinks about purchase of Russian natural gas.

The fact is that Lithuania can’t provide itself with the blue fuel was confirmed by director of the commercial department of Lietuvos duju tiekimas H. Nauseda on November 5, 2015.
According to H. Nauseda, Lithuania plans to buy about 500 million cubic meters of gas from Gazprom. This is about 62.5% of the total volume of gas, consumed by the country.
