The Pechora LNG project, provides for construction of LNG plant in the Nenets autonomous district, may be implemented with participation of Gazprom or Rosneft, the Deputy Head of the Russian Energy Ministry Kirill Molodtsov reported at the meeting of working team “Economy” at the forum “ST. Petersburg dialog”.
